  1. Participants must respect other players. Bad behavior will result in a warning and may lead to an immediate disqualification of the player. Any insult, racist remark or flaming in any manner will not be tolerated.   

  2. You must have a binarybeast account and a Facebook account to join this tournament.

  3. Games can be played on GameRanger|ESO| Voobly|Hamachi or any server of your choice.

  4. When playing tournament game, you must host a room with title .::X::.TREATY TOURNAMENT WWW.AOEIIIX.TK.

  5. You are only allowed to play on your main GameRanger account with your registered name on binarybeast to avoid confusion in results.

  6. All games must be recorded.

  7. Both players take a screenshot when the game is over.

  8. The recorded game and screenshots must be uploaded on Facebook, one copy of the recorded game MUST be uploaded on binarybeast.

  9. There is no restriction on any map. Both players need to agree on 1 map. When there is no agreement, the game will be played on New Andes.

  10. All civilizations are allowed, TWC civs are allowed if both players in the match have TWC.

  11. French, Japan, China and Russia are over powered (OP). You can play with an OP civ when both players agree to allow OP civs.

  12. It is forbidden to break half map before 40 with villagers except to pick up a treasure (for instance 25% speed treasure).

  13. It is allowed to scout before 40 but at 40 all units should be on your half of the map. It is not allowed to make warship or fishing boat.

  14. When there are connection problems [lag, drop, freeze...] before 40 mins., the match should be canceled and rehosted.When there are connection problems [lag, drop, freeze...] after 40 mins. the tournament organizers will declare whether the game should be replayed or not.

  15. All games will be played with the Treaty No Blockade rule and all games are played as treaty 40 games (no 45, 55 etc.)

  16. It is not allowed to use any PEH (Performing Enhancing Hacks). It is allowed to use the following public mods: Ekanta, building rotator, zoom mod and the jam hotkey and ui mod. No other mods are allowed. When found to be using another mod or hack, you will be expelled from the tournament.

  17. Violations to any of these rules will be discussed by the tournament organisers and can lead to a loss or even elimination from the tournament.

.::X::.TREATY TOURNAMENT RULES

  6. Each tournament game will be BO3 [best of 3], you can play up to 3 matches against your opponent, whoever win 2 matches first will win that game.

  7. All games must be recorded.

  11. All civilizations are allowed, TWC civs are allowed if both players in the match have TWC.

  12. At any time should a player win a game with Ottoman, Iroquois, India; he may not use: Ottoman, Iroquois, India again in the following match against his opponent in that BO3 [unless his opponent agree to allow that].

  13. If a connection problem occurs [lag, drop, freeze...] before (2) minutes of any match, the players should rehost the game upon agreement.

  14. If a connection problem occurs [lag, drop, freeze...] during the match, the result will be determined by the tournament staff after reviewing the game record.

  15. All participants are to read the rules and updates as the event progresses. Tournament staff reserves the right to update, edit, add rules at anytime during or before the event.
